Effective Decision Making (EDM) Course

This 8-hour course is designed to help individuals recognize and change harmful thinking patterns that lead to poor decisions. Through cognitive restructuring techniques, participants will learn how their thoughts influence their behaviors—and how to take control of both. In this class, participants will:

Identify thinking errors – Recognize negative and distorted thought patterns that lead to risky or impulsive behavior
Restructure decision-making – Learn how to pause, evaluate choices, and respond more effectively in real-life situations
Build accountability skills – Develop responsibility, self-awareness, and better judgment for long-term success

Upon successful completion, participants will receive a court-recognized certificate verifying completion of the required program.
