Conducted virtually via Zoom (no in-person sessions)
15 sessions over 7.5 weeks, each lasting 2 hours

Schedule Options:

Weekend: Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Weekday: Monday & Tuesday, 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Program Requirements:

Full attendance is mandatory (no absences or makeup sessions allowed)
Missing any session will result in program termination
Please enroll only if you can fully commit to all scheduled sessions

Additional Details:

Closed-group format based on selected schedule
Full payment required at time of registration, All payments are final.
