 The Victim Impact Panel (VIP) is an educational program designed to help participants understand the real-life consequences of impaired driving and related offenses. Through powerful personal stories and guided discussion, individuals gain insight into how their actions can affect victims, families, and the community. This course encourages accountability, promotes safer decision-making, and is often required to fulfill court or legal obligations.

Victim Impact Panel (VIP) Overview

  • Conducted virtually via Zoom – no in-person sessions available. 
  • 2-hour sessions held on Saturdays only. 
  • Attendance is mandatory – participants must attend the full session without missing any time. 
  • Operates as a closed-group meeting; participants join according to their selected schedule. 
  • Program fees are paid in full at the time of booking. 
  • Participants receive a court-approved completion certificate upon finishing the program. 
  • Sessions are conducted entirely in English.
