This is the best place to take these classes. I was very much surprised at how the instructor made this class so meaningful and relevant. I thought I was going to hate it but I actually enjoyed it. I would highly recommend Anchoring Hopes for anyone who need these classes!

Classes with Anchoring Hopes Wellness Institute were worthwhile. Instructor has an amazing way of breaking things down so that they are understandable. Her lessons were engaging, useful, and she was very respectful to everyone in class. I would high recommend her to anyone needing DWI or DOEP classes.
